~ Directions from Pittsburgh ~
We are 1 mile from the Plum Exit Ramp

• Get off at the Plum exit on Rt. 376 

• When exiting off the ramp get in the left lane

• Make a left at the light.  This is the intersection of Rt. 48 and Old William Penn Highway (Gateway Middle School). 

• Pass three stop signs and continue straight (Corner of Duff Rd. and Old William Penn Highway)

• After the third stop sign make the 2^nd left up the driveway to the Parkway Office Complex.  We are located right next to the IRS building.  At the bottom of the drive way are 2 brick pillars with the business names.  
  Follow the driveway to the Right.  Palms Therapeutic Massage LLC is in the second red brick building on the Left, main entrance.

~ Directions from the PA Turnpike ~
We are located 1 mile from the  PA Turnpike

• Get off at the Monroeville Interchange stay West toward Monroeville after the toll plaza. 

• At the intersection of Rt. 22 and Rt. 48 turn right at the light and get into the left lane. 

• Continue to the next light This is the intersection of Rt. 48 and Old William Penn Highway (Gateway Middle School). 

• Pass three stop signs and continue straight (Corner of Duff Rd. and Old William Penn Highway)

• Travel East on Rt. 22 towards Miracle Mile Shopping Center. 

• Continue to Duff Road where the Red Lobster/Golden Coral are on your left and Sheetz is located on your right.

• This is where you will turn left. 

• Continue to the bottom of the hill and make a left on Old William Penn Highway. 

• Make the second left up the driveway to the Parkway Office Complex.  We are located right next to the IRS building.  At the bottom of the drive way are 2 brick pillars with the business names.  

• Follow the driveway to the Right.  Palms Therapeutic Massage LLC is in the second red brick building on the Left, main entrance.

~ Directions from the Penn Hills/ Wilkins Twp. Area ~

• Follow Rodi Road towards Rt. 22 make the last left onto McCrady Road

• Continue on McCrady Road to Old William Penn Highway.

• Follow underneath the tunnel and continue 1 mile.

• After you pass Vocollect on your right continue until you pass under the parkway. 

• Make a right just as you pass the parkway over pass.  Where the brick pillars are at the bottom of our drive way. 

• Follow the driveway to the Right.  Palms Therapeutic Massage LLC is in the second red brick building on the Left, main entrance.
